Kwara Islamic Director Shares Footage Of People Worshiping Corpse Before Its Burial. Watch



Sanusi Lafiagi, a sports director at the Al-Hikmah University (Islamic university) in Ilorin, Kwara State, has shared a video footage of some group of people worshiping a corpse before its burial. According to him, the group of people known as the Sufis were seen in the video praying to the dead body which was paraded in the middle of the room.


The Islamic director while posting the footage, slammed the group for engaging in such an awkward act.

Sufism is the mystical dimension of Islam based on the esoteric understanding of the Qu’ran.

According to Wikipedia, Sufism, or Taṣawwuf is defined as the Islamic mysticism or the inward dimension of Islam characterized by particular values, ritual practices, doctrines and institutions which began very early in Islamic history.
