Meet The World's Oldest Man Who Has Been Recognised By Guiness Record

Guinness World Records organization announced Friday Auschwitz survivor Yisrael Kristal has become the world's oldest man. Yisrael Kristal was born near Zarnow in Poland in 1903. Prior to moving to Israel, Kristal witnessed two world wars. On March 11, Kristal turned 112 years and 178 days old, Guinness World Records says.

Kristal said he did not know the "secret for long life,” yet one thing that he was sure was that all things was “determined from above.” The previous oldest-recorded man, Yasutaro Koide of Japan, died in January at 112.
