Nigerian sensation Kelechi Iheanacho hit a hat- trick on Saturday to help Manchester City beat Aston Villa 4-0 to qualify for the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The Nigerian starlet was named in the starting line-up by Manuel Pellegrini who left Sergio Aguero on the bench.
But the 19-year-old Nigerian didn't disappoint, stepping up to show his potential with a calmly taken treble and has now scored eight times in his debut campaign.
The Nigerian forward put City ahead within the first four minutes as he swept in a finish from close range after the home side failed to clear a corner.
The visitors doubled their lead from Iheanacho's cool penalty after Raheem Sterling was brought down in the box.
Iheanacho ran clear for his third goal and Sterling poked in a fourth.
The Striker could even have had his fourth but failed to connect with a shot after making a run into the opposition box.
Another Nigerian Odion Ighalo also helped his Club Watford into the fifth round with a late goal to edge out stubborn Nottingham Forest 1:0.
Arsenal beat Burnley 2-1 while Tottenham Hotspur won Colchester 4-1 in some of the other FA Cup clashes on Saturday.
